Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aalkami.london for your women's luxury knitted clothing, AALKAMI Ltd ships all of our orders via couriers like DHL, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-8 business days], for destinations within Europe. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes
AALKAMI Ltd is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping 

We offer free Three to Five business days for domestic and seven to ten days for EU, US and Canada. shipping on UK Orders over £150 

EU Orders over 200 Euros Rest of the world orders over $500.
  

Expedited Shipping Fees 

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:  

StandardDHL or similar courier

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@aalkami.london to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item and return form, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, £4.99 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

     ●     Items should be as received by the customer with labels and packaging included.

  • If you’d like to return any product purchased on Aalkami’s Online Store, the return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. We will only accept unopened and unused products for return.
  • No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact  admin@aalkami.com with a Subject line of “Online Store Product Return”.
  • All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted. 
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above-mentioned conditions.
  • We will refund 100% of the purchase price for returns that meet the above conditions.
  • For returns after the 14 day period, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee (of the total product(s) purchase price) up to 90 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the day of purchase.
  • Aalkami will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error due to Aalkami.  We will not accept COD shipments.
  • For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.
